Why is exercise important for teenagers?
1. Physical health = healthier heart, stronger muscles and bones
2. Improved mental health 3. Prevent injury 4. Burn more calories. Muscles burn more calories than fat when the body is at rest. 5. Prevention of Illness and Disease Can you think of any others?
